Google Confirms 5 Key Traits for Success

“If you want a diversity of ideas and people, that goes back to psychological safety and clarity and trust,” said a Google’s spokeswoman about the release of their recent study on what employees need to be successful.

The study of over 200 interviews with employees confirmed what many of us already know: that people and teams work best when they feel that they can be themselves, speak freely with co-workers, take risks and feel that they can depend upon one another.
