At QMS our coaching model is based on a proven approach and years of experience working with our clients. The coaching relationship involves active participation from both parties and empowers the person being coached to find their own answers as the coach guides them on their path to developing insights.
The goal of the coaching relationship is to help someone grow and improve through focused conversations and reflective questioning that facilitate awareness and discovery of both presenting and underlying challenges. Clients will identify and learn to use their strengths, talents and gifts and to rely on their emotional intelligence to guide them through their journey of transformation.
