This highly interactive program combines experiential activities, small group discussion and application of the QMS ~ POWER Team Model. We explore and develop the five critical components to building and maintaining a highly effective team:

Thriving in the Adventure

A high energy, interactive team event that encourages each participant to challenge their self-imposed boundaries and push themselves and their teammates to higher levels of success.

Building a POWER Team via MBTI

This program provides a team with the awareness, insights and tools that will enable them to grow into a Highly Effective Team. We start with insight into our individual everyday internal patterns of observation and thoughts and our external communication interactions. We then use knowledge to build the communication skills and team processes that enable us to fully utilize our talents to reach our team goals
