    • Completing an Audience Analysis
    • Developing a powerful message through strategic structure of the presentation and content
    • Learning tactical, professional presentations skills including: presenting a professional image, effective use of voice & verbal skills, and the skill of answering questions
    • Each participant is videotaped and provided with peer-feedback throughout the session, to enable them to hone in on specific areas of development
